Hawaiian Canoe Club is proud to offer and host several scholarships that support keiki and adults in their pursuits. These scholarships Scholarships help to reduce the cost of education by covering tuition, fees, books, or even living expenses. By rewarding hard work, talent, and dedication, they encourage academic and personal growth, opening up opportunities for our paddlers’ future success!

  • Lake ʻOhana Scholarship

    Hawaiian Canoe Club offers the Lake ‘Ohana Scholarship in honor of our founding family. Applicants must be accepted or enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college and be an active Hawaiian Canoe Club paddler. Award amount is based on the number of applicants.

  • HCRA Scholarship

    Eligible applicant awards range from $500 to a maximum of $20001, to be awarded to one applicant or multiple applicants during the 2024 HCRA State Championships. Previous awardees may apply again annually.

  • MCHCA Youth Scholarship

    Maui County Hawaiian Canoe Association is offering youth scholarships to paddlers of MCHCA who have been active for at least 2 consecutive years.
