Hawaiian Canoe Club is constructing a Traditional Hawaiian Hale adjacent to the current hale.
The next Traditional Hale work day in Saturday, December 5, from 9:00am-1:00pm. We will be preparing 1,000 loulu leaves for the roof thatching.
Mahalo to everyone who came out to build the ‘oloke’a (scaffolding) for the Traditional Hale. We had over 40 members come out on a Saturday, October 18 to laulima (work together).
