• Promote the cultural values of the club.
• Train and develop paddlers to their potential.
• Meet weekly to strategize and evaluate goals and objectives.
• Plan and organize day-to-day training workouts.
• Teach stroke technique.
• Teach steering and strength training and development of other skills.
• Coordinate crews for practice and races.
• Set crew evaluation criteria.
